This form joins your household to the official register of households entitled to use the Garden and to the Garden Committee’s online consultation tool. Polls held here are advisory only — formal decisions of the Garden Committee continue to be taken at properly-called meetings.
After you submit the form, provide the necessary documentary evidence of your eligibility, which should include a Council Tax bill showing your name. You can hand it to the Garden Committee Secretary in person, or email it to info@mandcgardens.org. Your application stays in “pending” status until a Garden Committee Admin has reviewed your evidence — once it is approved, you’ll receive an invitation by email to sign in.

Once a Garden Committee Admin has reviewed your evidence, you’ll receive an invitation by email to sign in — usually within fourteen days.
If your invitation hasn’t arrived within a couple of weeks, please check your spam folder or contact the Secretary.
